The proposed estimate is for cleaning on a regular basis only - every week or every other week.
This estimate is an approximate price. and the first time cleaning may require an additional 50% of the proposed estimate.
Our pricing is based on a crew of 4 cleaning professionals.
The number of occupants and pets in the house will effect the estimate.
If your basement is not included in the square footage, your home will need an additional 15 to 30 minutes of cleaning.
The estimate excludes move-ins, move-outs, post construction cleaning or any other special requests.
